Georgia Increase in Weekly Workers’ Compensation Benefits

Recent Legislative Changes to Workers’ Compensation in Georgia.

For injuries occurring on or after July 1, 2016, both the maximum temporary total and the maximum temporary partial disability benefit rates have been increased. The maximum TTD benefit rate is now $575.00 per week. The maximum TPD benefit rate is now $383.00.
